IV Therapy FAQs
IV Therapy is one of the most effective ways to deliver electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and medications to your body for rapid hydration and wellness results. IV ACTIVE registered nurses come to you for IV treatments at your home, office, hotel or event.
IV Therapy provides hydration and nutrients directly through your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system so you benefit from up to 100% absorption and rapid results.
IV Therapy hydrates you up to 90% faster than drinking water or electrolyte drinks—no sugar, no artificial flavors, just pure, powerful hydration and electrolytes straight to your cells.
IV Therapy alleviates dehydration, fatigue, brain fog, cold and flu, hangovers, migraines and headaches, nausea, nutrient deficiencies, food poisoning and more. It is also a highly effective treatment for post-operative recovery.
IV Therapy is an ideal proactive wellness treatment for those looking to optimize health and longevity— such as athletes, busy professionals, and wellness-focused individuals— by boosting energy and performance, enhancing recovery, balancing nutrition, supporting cellular anti-aging, and strengthening the immune system before issues arise.
Yes, IV Therapy is safe and effective with IV ACTIVE. Our services are overseen by our medical director and delivered by highly experienced registered nurses. New clients must complete a medical health screening ($30) prior to first treatment, valid for one year. A licensed medical professional will review your medical history and approve you for treatment. Your nurse will check your vitals prior to each IV Therapy treatment and chart medical updates. IV ACTIVE uses pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and clinically developed formulas for safety and optimal results.
Patients must be at least 14 years old and pass our medical screening. We can treat individuals with the following conditions, pending medical director review and approval: congestive heart failure, kidney failure, chronic kidney disease, and abnormal vital signs. We cannot treat patients with a blood clotting disorder or those experiencing a medical emergency.
Schedule your appointment online or call/text us at (814) 919-9611 to book. Complete your medical screening if you're a first-time client. Then, our registered nurse will come to you for your treatment!
An IV ACTIVE registered nurse will come to you for treatment anywhere that is comfortable and convenient for you— home, office, hotel, event, training center and more.
A typical appointment takes 30 to 45 minutes. The specific length of time for your IV infusion depends on a few factors such as treatment type and how quickly your body accepts fluids intravenously.
