At IV ACTIVE, your health, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities. Our team of licensed and highly experienced registered nurses specializes in IV therapy and emergency medicine, ensuring safe and professional care with every treatment.

Vein Access Guarantee

Our nurses will make up to two attempts to access a vein. If we are unable to establish IV access after two attempts, you will not be charged for the treatment.

Service Quality & Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering safe, effective, and professional IV Therapy services. While every individual responds differently to IV Hydration and Vitamin Therapies, we stand behind the quality of our care and customer experience.

Medical Screening, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Medical Screening: New clients must complete a non-refundable $30 medical health screening prior to first treatment, valid for one year. This is charged at checkout.
• Cancelations:If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice. If you reschedule, your medical screening fee will be applied to your new appointment. If you cancel without rescheduling, you will be charged the $30 fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, a 50% appointment fee will also apply.
• Refunds: Treatments that are successfully administered are non-refundable, as the service and supplies are provided at the time of treatment. If IV access cannot be established (as noted above), you will not be charged for your treatment.
